so s'pore bagged its 1st medal at the SEA games, which is something i normally wouldn't care about, except this time, the men's pistol team got a bronze, and that tall thin coach with specs we always see around the range, not coaching anyone but just observing everyone, and whom no one ever knows the name of, was in the team. and he's another coach ho. apparently they were supposed to get silver cos some member of the team who got gold fired a blank shot, but none of the officials heard it. okay whatever.
the "gossip girl" tv show is TOO addictive, it's killing me. of course a really hot chace crawford and a really witty character like dan humphrey, as portrayed in the tv show, makes it worse. oh man, i'm such an addict!
i want my own dan humphrey! cos he's so nice, and i'd have my own joking machine :D

it was the last official shooting session today, finally! but they're still trying to get us to go for more :/ anyway, it was up to coach haw and uncle fa to coach us today, cos coach ho was at camp, while boss is taking part in the SEA games, which is so cool! we got to wear our suits today, finally! but coach haw made me shoot 100 shots lah, bleah!
hbo's showing "rent" sometime next month, so i got all excited, but then i realised that they were only gonna show it on the 6th, at 3 am -.-
oh, and francine invited us all to a barbeque at her house this saturday evening, even though it's a family event. I WANNA GO, I WANNA GO, I WANNA GO! but i'm changing the rubber bands of my braces 2 days before, so i won't even be able to eat. BLEAH!

england's out! england's out! of next year's eurocup, that is. i'm not too sad, cos mcclaren got sacked. like, finally! :D he put scott carson in the game against croatia, which was the deciding game as to whether or not they qualified, and he has no experience in competitive games whatsoever lah. sheesh!
meanwhile, spain, sweden, italy, portugal, netherlands, turkey and er, i can't remember who else, are in. yay for spain, sweden and turkey! but i think everyone i know from turkey have retired :/

i finally had proper indian food yesterday! after like, 2 weeks since coming back from india, my parents finally brought me to little india for indian food. we ate at some north india food restaurant, and ordered garlic naan, tandoori chicken, paneer, and some other dishes, which i can't remember what now. i didn't get to eat my tikka, sadly. oh, and this table next to us ordered kingfisher beer! i got over my craving for indian food now, apart from chappati and tikka, heh! the food was quite okay, but we were all damn bloated after that, which sucked.
so we went to the botanic gardens after that, and then to tanglin mall! again, i couldn't find my brownes milk and cinnamon toast crunch! :/ anyway, we walked down orchard road after that, but we missed the christmas light up, cos we were in wisma, i think. i found my clementi tutu kueh stall in food republic! that was the only thing bought at food republic, which was quite stupid cos we had to continue hunting for dinner. in the end we had hilton cheesecakes for dinner.
ok, so for today, i served out my last day as a warden, finally! it sucks being a warden! headed down to gallery hotel for some sale, which was quite pointless, and then we went to the andy warhol exhibition thing, which of course, made my day! :D it was so cool, with the mao zedong, campbells' and marilyn monroe ones!!! there were only 3 marilyn monroes ones, and they weren't the nicer ones, but they were andy warhol's marilyn monroe paintings all the same! quite a few of the paintings were sold to people already. crazy, i tell you!

my butt still hurts like hell from yesterday's cycling :/ anyway, sharapova's coming down to s'pore for an exhibition match. HAHAHAHA, that's so funny! i wonder how far away her grunts could be heard, from the indoor stadium! oh yeah, this is a bit late, but roddick was the 1st one to qualify for the masters cup semis, cos he's the only one to have won the 1st 2 matches. HAH, take that, all you federer and nadal fans!

met up with ada, estelle, swee ting, shanthini, sukhjee & ameera to go to east coast this morning! hanging out with the girls from the india trip was uber fun, as always. we took 31 from the toa payoh interchange, to somewhere in marine parade i think, and we just walked. we didn't get lost, thank god. so then upon reaching east coast, we went to komala's to eat! HAHAHA! i've been waiting for this day since coming back from india! so i went in, all happy to be eating indian food again, but the selection was quite poor, and i ordered this parotta meal thing, which turned out to be prata! STOOPID LAH STOOPID! estelle ordered some other meal, which came along with chappati. so we all tried it, since it was the only thing anyone ordered that we had eaten in india. of course it didn't taste as good as what we had in india, but it was still quite satisfying.
rented bikes & blades after that. shanthini & sukhjee tried to teach me how to ride a bike at first, but i sucked so bad, so shanthini and i got a double instead. but then we couldn't control it and all, so sukhjee and i rode on it instead, and then shanthini and i gave it a shot again after a while, and it worked, but then our bike was cranky and everything, and the brake wouldn't work. so that was sad, but we cycled per normal anyway. my butt hurts like hell now, but at least i got to burn fats! or that's what shanthini says anyway. playing by the beach and chilling on the big rock thingy was fun too, except that lotsa sand got stuck between my toes and all, which was gross. and we bitched a lot, which of course was good therapy.
hot nerd's leaving for new zealand, and then to australia tomorrow! stupid ass, she's going to melbourne & tasmania! of course she promised that she'd buy something for us. i hope she has the sense to buy me a nice vintage tee from melbourne!
also, i finally got the photos of our last shooting session from amanda! so grab away from my friendster account, all you shooters!

how come this season's contestants get to go to developed countries?! i just remembered that in tyler & james's season, they got to go to chennai! if i'd gone to chennai instead of bangalore, it'd be so cool! HAHAHAHA! i'd have walked the path and breathe the air and see the sights that phil keoghan, tyler, james, rob, kimberley and all the other contestants did.

i finally got my books for next year. damn, they're gonna suck. met up with everyone from the india trip in the computer lab in school today. miss tiru was late, so everyone was just on friendster or blog-hopping. and then she came, but only for a while. everyone was hitting on ray, the technician guy. it was HILARIOUS! we didn't get anything done, and she didn't treat us to lunch, like promised. so it was such a stupid thing to have come to school. subway-ed with estelle, shanthini, jacqueline & alyssa after that. it was damn funny lunch-ing with them! and it was worse sitting opposite shanthini, cos she was laughing at everything in her funny way of laughing. i couldn't finish my food, cos i was laughing too hard.
watched "the game plan" with shanthini and jacqueline after that at EC. mrs drysdale, mdm cheng and some new teacher were there, bringing the P2s. it was damn funny lah! the cinema people were giving them each a small drink and a cone of popcorn, like the kachang puteh wrapping. and they kept laughing at the most random times during the movie. i bet they got traumatised by dwayne johnson's gross body. oh, and i tried shanthini's churros, which sucked. only the cinnamon coating was good. oh, anyway, i cried during the ending, which was quite stupid.
xie lao shi was in school, giving out slips of paper with her handphone no., saying that she was giving tuition. she's so poor thing lah! TAR tonight, can't wait!

i finally watched the 1st episode of the new season of TAR this morning! i love this season's teams! ok, no, i'm not rooting for them, or not yet anyway, but they're all just so interesting! like there's this pair of married lesbian church ministers. and there are these 2 goths, how the hell do they keep up with make-up and all before each leg of the race?! OH! and there's this couple called nathan & jennifer. apparently nathan cheated on jennifer. that, plus how they're like, are all like nate & jenny from "gossip girl"! when they were dating for that brief period of time in the 3rd book, of course.
so we kinda just planned what to do for meichun's birthday outing. but without shimin & maxine, since they aren't online. anyways, IT'S GONNA BE FUN, YO! :D

met ada & swee ting at the macs beside braddell mrt station this morning. again, we didn't get much work done. then it was DEEPAVALI AT HOT NERD'S! so yeah, it was just the 3 of us, but it wasn't so bad cos there wasn't a whole lot of other people. oh, i finally got to see her hot bro! hah! i bet if roshini ever reads this, she'd be calling me an "EEEEEGIOT"! anyway, we played monopoly, then it was time for lunch. food was good, but we didn't eat much, esp. the tidbits, which was sad. then we watched 1 of shanthini's mum's "princess hours" dvds. she has so many korean drama dvds, it's so cute lah! then we went to the void deck to play with sparklers, which was kinda scary, esp. when we played the whistling ones. hah, but yeah, it was good fun. then we went back up to shanthini's room to bitch. hah, usual stuff. anyway, her house was THE BOMB! i just love her toilets! her sink is the glass bowl kind, just like fullerton! oh, and we got indian angpaos from shanthini's mum & aunt. heee!

had my 1st training in like, 2 months! or more. and then of course it sucked, cos i was being the usual blur queen. and my shots sucked! ANYWAYS, amanda, angeline, francine & i stayed back to talk to coach after that. and then of course he kept promoting VJ and criticised NJ, that ass! but yeah, his speech was convincing :/ like how VJ has so much money, it wastes them on a treehouse and a lounge room with xbox sets. and how much it slacks, as compared to NJ, which has lessons everyday til' damn late, later than VJ remedials sessions. OKAY, i shouldn't even be stressing about this! but coach had better bring us to both VJ & AC for a tour like he said he would! or amanda and i will just make him anyways :D

so i got into 3/2. which is erm, kinda bad cos i'm starting to consider going to 3/4 all over again :/ the results thing in school today was only 10 minutes long, and it was just mrs tan reading out to us which class we're in. what a waste of time!
met estelle, ada & swee ting in school yesterday for the india trip powerpoint thingo! but there wasn't an internet connection in school -.- so we went to collect our report books! i passed drama, ohmygosh! and mrs tan wrote the most hilarious stuff about me! which isn't true at all! like how i'm "ever willing to go the extra mile for the sake of the success of my group". LMAO! so anyway, we headed off to the macs in EC after that, where we just ate and bitched and explored friendster and whatnot. HAHAHA!
and then i left for town. didn't get anything from HMV, but the christmas sale is good! "little miss sunshine" is only 20 bucks! and then i headed off to kino to read magazines. confirmed: hayden panettiere is with milo ventimiglia, what the hell lah! oh, and the gossip girl prequel is out at 32 bucks! and the prices of the other gossip girl books went up by 3 bucks! POOOOO!
the post on the india trip is long overdue, yes i know, but there's no time! oh, and christmas is coming soon! i've already loaded christmas songs onto my mp3 player! oooh, don't you just love the christmas atmosphere? :D
